School and Youth Groups
The Diversity Celebration provides a wonderful cultural and educational experience for school and youth groups. A few safety measures have been put in to place to help ensure a pleasurable event for all. In order to expedite your check-in process, we ask that you print and review the following documents with your youth group prior to attending the Diversity Celebration. The youth and children sign in sheet should be filled out and brought to a check-in station at the Plemmons Student Union when you arrive at the Diversity Celebration. We require this information in case one of your youth gets separated from the group. This will save time and allow you and your youth group to more quickly engage in the festivities. To allow us to better serve your group we ask that you notify us by March 31st if you have a group of 10 or more. Please contact Tracey Wright at (828) 262-2060 or email at wrighttl@appstate.edu .
